我校“植物学与动物学”学科进入ESI全球排名前1%

The Discipline of“Plant&Animal Science”Enters the Top 1% of ESI

1月18日，科睿唯安（Clarivate Analytics）更新了2019年1月最新ESI数据（数据统计覆盖时间为2008年1月1日-2018年10月31日），我校“植物学与动物学（Plant&Animal Science）”学科进入ESI全球排名前1%。目前，我校共有2个ESI前1%的学科，另一个是2016年进入ESI前1%的“农业科学”学科。

On January 18, Clarivate Analytics updated the latest ESI(Essential Science Indicators)dataofJanuary 2019 (data coverage time is from January 1, 2008 to October 31, 2018), and thedisciplines of"Plant&Animal Science" ofHEBAUhas ranked the top 1% of ESI. At present,HEBAUhas two disciplines in the top 1% of ESI, and the other is "AgriculturalScience", which was listed in the top 1% of ESI in 2016.

截至目前，我校WOS（Web of Science）论文总数为1989篇，Top论文15篇，总被引次数为17343次，篇均被引8.72次。我校“植物学与动物学（Plant&Animal Science)”学科首次进入ESI全球前1%，本学科WOS论文393篇，Top论文5篇，总被引2862次，篇均被引7.28次。我校“农业科学”学科继续保持ESI全球前1%，本学科WOS论文357篇，Top论文1篇，总被引3032次，篇均被引8.49次。

Up to now, there are 1989 WOS (Web of Science) papers and 15 Top papersof HEBAU, with 17,343 citationsin totaland 8.72 citations for each one. "Plant&Animal Science" is listed in thetop 1% of ESI for the first time. There are 393 WOS papers and 5 Top papers in this discipline, which have been cited for 2,862 times in total and 7.28 times in each. The discipline of "agricultural science"of HEBAUremains in thetop 1%globally. There are 357 WOS papers and 1top paper in this discipline, which have been cited for 3,032 times in total and 8.49 times in each.

　　基本科学指标数据库（Essential Science Indicators，简称ESI）是衡量科学研究绩效、跟踪科学发展趋势的基本分析评价工具，它是基于Clarivate Analytics公司（原汤森路透知识产权与科技事业部）Web of Science（SCIE/SSCI）所收录的全球11000多种学术期刊的1000多万条文献记录而建立的计量分析数据库。目前，ESI已成为当今世界范围内普遍用以评价高校、学术机构、国家/地区国际学术水平及影响力的重要评价指标工具之一，其数据库以学科分门别类(共分22个学科)，采集面覆盖全球几万乃至十几万家不同研究单位的学科。

Basic Scientific Index Database (ESI) is the basic analysis evaluation tool measuring scientific research performance, tracking scientific development trend, which is the metrological analysis database based on more than 10,000,000 literature records from more than 11,000 academic journals collected globally in the Web of Science (SCIE/SSCI), Clarivate Analytics (Former Thomson Reuters Intellectual Property and Technology Division). At present, ESI has become one of the most important indicators to evaluate the international academic level and influence of universities, academic institutions and countries/regions worldwide. ESI database is divided into 22 disciplines and covers tens of thousands or even over a hundred thousand of disciplines in different research units around the world.
