On April 19,the delegation led by Chen Runyun, Vice Dean of Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), Ministry of Commerce, visited HEBAUfor further exchangeon how toleverage the characteristics and advantages of HEBAU to improve the capacity and quality of foreign-aid training and intensify the efforts to build a community with a shared future for mankind. During the visit, Chen Runyun spoke highly of the educational history, characteristicdisciplines, rural revitalization, and foreign-aid trainingof HEBAU. This year sees the 20th anniversary ofundertaking foreign-aid trainingprograms in HEBAU. Over the past 20 years, HEBAU has undertaken 33 foreign aid training programswith 823 trainees from 75 countries.
