哈静，女，1978年2月生，中共党员，任教于18luck新利手机版iso 理学院。2005年硕士毕业于河北大学光学专业。主要研究方向：气体放电。参与国家和省级科研项目3项，发表学术论文10余篇，其中SCI/EI收录10篇。
